1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the THH mobile application and website (together, “Platform”) and related services.
By registering, accessing, or using THH, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, including:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU) (where applicable to foreign users)
2. User Registration & Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years old, or use under verified parental/guardian consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and permitted purposes.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Post or sell prohibited, illegal, or misleading products/services.
- Upload harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
- Misuse the Platform for spamming, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Violate intellectual property rights of others.
THH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activities.
4. E-Commerce Module
- THH facilitates product listings by verified vendors and farmers.
- Orders are subject to availability, seller confirmation, and pricing.
- Buyers should carefully review product descriptions before purchase.
- THH acts as a facilitator, not the manufacturer or direct seller.
5. Vendor & Farmer Guidelines
- Sellers must complete KYC verification before listing products.
- Listings must include genuine, quality products with clear descriptions.
- Vendors are responsible for packaging, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
- Fraudulent or unfulfilled orders may result in penalties, refunds, or suspension.
6. Reward Points & Loyalty Program
- Users may earn points via purchases, referrals, and activities.
- Points are non-transferable, subject to expiry (12 months), and redeemable only on eligible transactions.
- Abuse (fake orders, referrals) may lead to suspension of account and loss of rewards.
7. THH Reward Card
- The digital THH Reward Card shows your tier (Silver/Gold/Platinum).
- Offline redemption via QR may be available in later phases.
- THH may update or withdraw benefits with prior notice.
8. Resume Maker Services
- Resume creation tools (free/paid) are provided for convenience.
- THH does not guarantee job placement or outcomes.
9. Job Posting Module
- Only verified business accounts may post jobs.
- Jobs must be genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
- THH reserves the right to remove job listings without notice if found misleading or unlawful.
10. Farmer Helpline & Agriculture Services
- Farmers may share mandi prices, crop info, and schemes.
- THH does not guarantee accuracy of third-party data.
- Agricultural content is for informational purposes only and should not replace expert advice.
11. Government Scheme Awareness & Community Info
- THH provides curated scheme and community content for public awareness.
- We do not guarantee eligibility or availability; users must verify from official sources.
12. Business Listings & Advertisements
- Business users may promote services/products.
- Ads must comply with Indian laws and not be misleading, harmful, or offensive.
- THH reserves the right to moderate or remove content at its discretion.
13. NRI & Third-Party Services
- Some services (travel, forex, legal help) may involve third-party providers.
- THH is not responsible for delays, losses, or disputes arising from third parties.
14. User Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, listings, ads).
- By uploading, you grant THH a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations.
- THH’s branding, trademarks, and software are protected under IP laws.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
- All personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy in line with DPDPA and GDPR.
- Users have rights including access, correction, erasure, portability (GDPR), and withdrawal of consent.
- Vendors/employers must also handle user data lawfully, securely, and only for permitted purposes.
16. International Users
- If you are located outside India, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws (DPDPA, GDPR where applicable).
17. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or legal requirements.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Misuse the reward/referral system.
18. Limitation of Liability
- THH acts as a facilitator platform and is not directly responsible for disputes between buyers and vendors.
- Liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction, except where prohibited by law.
- THH is not liable for losses due to force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory restrictions).
